This 75 m², 3-bedroom apartment on Via Montefalco has rooms available to rent. The apartment is shared with the live-in landlord and 1 other tenant, and has a spacious shared kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and well-equipped, and is ready for you to feel at home as soon as you move in.
You'll be living in a mostly residential area of Appio Latino, with a few shops and bars in the area. It is only a 5-minute walk to the busy Via Tuscolana though, where you can find all of the conveniences you need for day-to-day life. The area is well connected, with train, Metro, and bus offering connections all over the city.
What we liked the most
- You will share a really spacious and well-equipped kitchen.
- Bedroom 2 has a large table and a comfortable sofa, meaning you can use that area as a living room.
- Being in Rome, no matter where you live, there's always an excellent gelateria somewhere nearby. Here is no exception. Visit Gelatario on Via Tuscolana.
