3 sunny and spacious rooms with single beds are available to rent in a flatshare in Tiburtina, Rome. The property is sunny, and it has a large balcony for tenants to enjoy. The kitchen is large and modern, and it has 2 big fridge-freezers, an oven, a gas stove, a table with chairs, and all the kitchen utensils and crockery that you might need. The shared bathroom is sizable, and it has a washing machine in it.
Tiburtina is a quiet, residential part of northeastern Rome. Well-connected to the rest of Rome by bus and a train station, Tiburtina has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes for you to enjoy.
What we liked the most
- There is a large shared balcony in the apartment, which can be accessed either from Bedroom 1 or the kitchen.
- The property isn't far from Sapienza University.
- The kitchen is large and has been recently renovated.
- The neighborhood is quiet, which is perfect for those who need to study!
Things to keep in mind
- Only women can rent a room in this apartment. Sorry men!
