Rooms are available to rent in a sunny, 5-bedroom apartment situated in Ostiense. The property is very spacious and offers a lot of natural light. There is a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals and plenty of places to enjoy them, including the sizable balcony.
The 140 m² apartment is on Via Luca Valerio, in a quiet residential area which is home to a number of supermarkets. Even though the surrounding streets have mostly tall apartment buildings, the streets are filled with planted trees which provide beautiful foliage. The property is close to the River Tiber, and the many bus stops surrounding it mean you can be in the city center in around 30 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The large living and dining area give the option of dining together with your house mates and also for hosting guests.
- There is a big balcony with a nice view.
- 2 of the rooms have smaller individual balconies.
