This 70 m², freshly decorated and very stylish 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Viale Aldo Ballarin. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a dining and living room with plenty of space to host get-togethers. You will also have 2 balconies, a large one with access from the living room and a smaller one from the kitchen.
The EUR neighbourhood is mostly residential and very open and tranquil. You live only a short walk from Tenuta di Tormarancia, a large park which is very pleasant in summer.

- The apartment is very stylish. It is beautifully decorated and has gorgeous wooden floors throughout.
- As you are on the 6th floor, you have amazing views of the neighbourhood.
