A bedroom with ensuite toilet is for rent to women only in a 2-bedroom apartment in Casal Bertone. You will be sharing with the live-in landlady. There is a very spacious and funky living room with a French balcony and a big L-shaped sofa, a very contemporary kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, oven and microwave; a laundry room, and a shared bathroom which contains the shower.
You will be living in a peaceful residential area with great connections to the city centre and La Sapienza University. There is a sports centre just across the road, and you can find parks, supermarkets and other amenities within a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- We love the modern, eye-catching decor, especially in the kitchen and living room.
- The bedroom available has an en-suite sink and toilet.
- The apartment is spacious and bright with lots of storage.
- There is a French balcony in the living room with nice views.
Things to keep in mind
- The ensuite room only has a toilet and a sink; the only full bathroom, with shower, is shared.
- The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, but we think it's worth the climb.
