This property is a 2 bedroom apartment located on the 6th floor of a building located to the south east of the Roman capital. The apartment, situated on Via Sestio Calvino, is very close to the Subaugusta metro stop, allowing tenants to easily access other parts of Rome. The location is also very close to lots pretty parks, so it is perfect for tenants who like to escape to green space to get away for a moment for the chaos of city life. Its proximity to the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia makes this apartment an ideal choice for students who attend the institution.
What we liked the most
- The hallway has plenty of common storage space, so tenants will be able to store boxes or cleaning supplies very easily.
- The apartment is on the 6th floor, so very little noise reaches the property from the street below.
- The flat has a very big balcony on which tenants can dry their clothes or eat their breakfast.
- The property has a bookshelf in the common area.
