The apartment is located in Salario, a lovely central residential area of Rome. This barrio is home to the lush Villa Ada park, which is used as a venue for open-air concerts in the summer months.

- The apartment is located on a basement floor, however there are windows that let in natural light.
- At the time of visiting Bedroom 2 did not have a mattress or wardrobe. These will be installed before the tenant moves in.
