Spotahome's opinion
You’ll feel right at home walking into this 3rd-floor 6-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent on Via Ugo Ojetti. The vestibule, set up like a living area with a velvety cushioned bench, a built-in shelving unit and a couple of cozy vintage chairs and a table, is instantly inviting. It’s also great if you want to chat with any of your flatmates while they’re eating a meal at one of the two small tables in the equipped kitchen. Or, if you feel like it, you can take a chair out onto the balcony, which is accessible from the kitchen, to have an espresso or glass of wine.
Monte Sacro is a residential area with many apartment buildings and just as many restaurants and bars. If you like the night life, you’ll be happy to note that there is a nightclub only a couple of buildings from your apartment. Don’t worry if that’s not your thing, because the neighborhood is generally a quiet one. Everything you need from banks to supermarkets are only a 2-minute walk from your door. There’s even a yoga center just 5 minutes away, and the entrance to Petroselli Park is at the distance of an 8-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- The shared spaces of the apartment are warm and inviting, and you have access to a balcony when you want fresh air without leaving home.
- You’ll find two supermarkets, a pharmacy and several banks within a 2-minute walk.
- There are a couple of nearby nightclubs and bars, but also is a quiet park.
- This is a residential neighborhood, so you’ll find the pace nice and relaxed, but the metro is close if you want to explore the city.
Things to keep in mind
- Please bear in mind that currently (as of September 4th 2017) the oven and the stove in the kitchen are not functional.
