Walking into this 5-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent on Via Giovanni Verga, you’ll walk down a fairly long hallway to get to a shared living room with a comfortable sofa and two cozy chairs. From here, you can walk out onto a very spacious balcony to wash your clothes in the common machine, and dry them on the rack, or simply have your morning coffee. These are the only shared spaces at this address, since each room for rent is more like like a self-contained apartment, complete with a small equipped kitchen and a private bathroom.
Monte Sacro is known to be a quiet residential area, but you’ll find some hidden gems in terms of bars and nightclubs. You’ll also find plenty of cafés and restaurants close to home, including a pizzeria. When you feel like getting out into some green space, then a 9-minute walk will get you to Talenti Park. Everything you need is within reach here. You can stock up on groceries at the Elite supermarket, which is 5 minutes away, and there are shops and boutiques within 10 minutes. If you enjoy sports, you’ll love being 15 minutes away from the Panda Tennis Club, a 12-minute walk to the local fitness club and 3 minutes from an urban beach volleyball center.
What we liked the most
- It’s a huge bonus to discover that these rooms for rent are all self-contained mini apartments, and that’s fantastic.
- The apartment is super close to a park, urban beach volleyball center, gym and tennis club.
- Supermarkets and banks are just around the corner.
- Although a quiet area, it still bustles with bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
