Rooms for rent in a 3-bedroom apartment to share with the live-in landlord in Statuario, Appio Claudio. The bedroom for rent has a miniature kitchen within it and its own en-suite. There is also a main bathroom and kitchen within the apartment, as well as a large terrace on the top floor.
The apartment is situated in a residential area with several bus stops and a train station serving the nearby area. It is less than a minute's walk from a local restaurant, and there is a Catholic Church and a supermarket nearby.
What we liked the most
- You will have a private mini-kitchen alongside the common area.
- There is a fish tank in the common area.
- The dining room and kitchen have a rustic feel to them.
- The terrace is spacious and has a great view.
Things to keep in mind
- You will have to take the train in order to reach Rome's main tourist attractions.
