The apartment is located in Appio Latino, just a 20 minute walk from Parco della Caffarella, which boasts the Botanical Gardens, as well as several museums and mausoleums. There is also an archaeological park around 15 minutes from the apartment, and a sports centre 5 minutes away. The local area contains several restaurants and shops.
