Spotahome's opinion
There are rooms available to rent in a nice 4-bedroom apartment in Nuovo Salario located on the 2nd floor with no lifts. With a large wrap around balcony, the apartment receives a lot of natural light, keeping it bright and fresh while some rooms has their own private access to the balcony. The main shared area is the eat-in kitchen that comes fully equipped and with dinning table, chairs, microwave, stove and all utensils. The shared living area has 2 armchairs, couch and a piano if you feel like playing any Mozart. There are 2 bathrooms to share so there'll be no fighting in the morning.
Nuovo Salario is a very nice residential district located about 25 minutes north of Rome City Center. The apartment is just seconds from banks, grocery stores, and post offices where it is all located on Via Giovanni Conti. Galleria Commerciale Porta di Roma, one of Rome biggest mall, is a 8 minutes drive away if you have a car. Else there is a bus that will take you there in 25 minutes.
What we liked the most
- Some of the rooms in the apartment has their own balcony access.
- The apartment is big enough, with 2 bathrooms to share and a large balcony, that you are not on top of each other.
- The apartment is close to Università Pontificia Salesiana - perfect for students here.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator.
