This fully furnished house consists of two floors, with a living room and patio on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. There is also a garden that is accessible from the ground floor. The landlords are in the process of remodelling the living room into a kitchen, and are building a wall to separate the building into two houses. The landlords will live in the other house.
This house is located a 10 minute walk from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and from Torre Maura Metro Station. There are several restaurants nearby, as well as a Go-Kart Track.
