There are rooms and beds for rent in this spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with live-in landlord on Via di Tor Sapienza, in Tor Sapienza. With a generous 78 m² footprint, this apartment has a large, modern kitchen and an equally well-equipped bathroom. There is also a sunny balcony which can be accessed from the kitchen.
This apartment is located a little outside the centre of Rome, but all the essentials are close by, including a restaurant, supermarket, and pharmacy just down the road. The Giardino Ipazia di Alessandria park is only a 15-minute walk away, while the Parco di Tor Sapienza is a little closer.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is bright, with a shower over bath, sink, toilet and some storage.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The Centro Commerciale Roma Est shopping mall is only half an hour away by bus.
- Tor Sapienza is a quieter suburb just outside the centre of Rome.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
