This gorgeous apartment has tons of light, an open floor plan, and chic decor that will make it feel like home as soon as you arrive. There are 3 bedrooms in this property, along with one full shared bathroom and an additional toilet. You can dine in the kitchen or out in the living area, as both have tables with space for 4 people. One of the best features of this apartment is the spectacular balcony off of the living room. Aside from letting tons of light into the apartment, it's a great space to relax in the sun without leaving the comfort of your own home.
This property is located in the Laurentino neighborhood of Rome, situated just south of the city. While the neighborhood is more suburban than other areas, there is no shortage of amenities in this area. Just around the corner from the property you'll find a Coop supermarket as well as a larger shopping center. When you don't feel like cooking, head down to No Pizza, No Party for a slice.
What we liked the most
- This apartment has gorgeous hardwood floors, adding both sophistication and warmth.
- The balcony is a great place to have a coffee in the morning or relax in the open air.
- As this is not the most central location, plan on exploring the neighborhood with your new roommates!
