They both have heating, a desk, a private TV each, and a chest of drawers. They also have shelving, storage, and a standalone wardrobe. Bedroom 1 is the only one with an independent key, while Bedroom 2 has access to the balcony, which can also be accessed through the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, a 4-burner stove, and a small table and chair. There is also a washing machine for you to use. The bathroom has a large shower, a toilet, a sink, and a bidet.
The local area is residential, but you are just a few minutes' walk away from Via Tiburtina, which has plenty of shops and pizzerias. There are also several parks and a supermarket nearby, and you will have good transport connections that can take you into the city centre.
