This 3-bedroom apartment on Via Salaria, in Salario Trieste, has a furnished room to rent and a live-in landlady. The spacious 161 m² property is equipped with central heating, and has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
The apartment is located right by the gorgeous Villa Ada Savoia park, and a 20-minute walk from the LUISS Guido Carli University. You will find pizzerias, a sushi store, bakeries and supermarkets nearby, and the metro stops 11 minutes away for an easy commute into the city centre.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- You will find a supermarket nearby.
- There is a dining table to enjoy your meals.

- Villa Ada is one of the nicest parks in Rome, and is an ideal place to jog, go for a walk or enjoy a picnic.
