This is a beautiful and well-maintained apartment about 5km outside of Rome's city centre.
The property is already inhabited by a live-in landlord, so it absolutely feels like home! The living and kitchen areas are all well-furnished and welcoming, with amazing wooden tables, chairs, bureaus and bookshelves throughout. The living room also has a television - but fortunately it isn't wooden! Finally, the shared bathroom has stylish tiling and also has a bath-tub with shower.
And look out the windows for wonderful Roman views! The property also has 2 private balconies for enjoying the fresh air!
The property is located in Prati, a popular shopping neighbourhood. Catch a bus and enjoy the shops!
