There are rooms to rent in this 3-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlady, located on Via Antonio Pacinotti in residential Portuense. The shared spaces in the 120 m² apartment include 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a generous balcony.
Portuense is mostly residential, and has all the benefits of Roman lifestyle without the tourist buzz. Within walking distance of the apartment is River Tiber, Teatro India and a great selection of shops, cafes and eateries.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There are 2 separate bathrooms to be shared.
- There is heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- The apartment has 3 balconies, one of which is shared and can be accessed from the kitchen.
- The apartment is well located, only 5-minutes from the Metro.
