There are rooms and beds for rent in this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Via Etruria in San Giovanni. The open-plan living room and kitchen are well-equipped with a sofa, oven and TV, while the bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet and bidet.
There are plenty of cultural attractions within walking distance, including the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano, and Baths of Caracalla. There is a supermarket just down the road, and there is also a pharmacy nearby.
What we liked the most
- The University of Notre Dame Du Lac is a half-hour walk away.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC in some rooms to keep you comfortable year round.
- There is a reception at this apartment building.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
