Rooms are available to rent in this contemporary 3-bedroom apartment in Portuense. The apartment has been recently renovated, and has a modern style throughout, with brand new fittings and furnishings. Each of the rooms are spacious and welcoming, as are the common areas, which are equipped with everything you'll need from the moment you move in.
You'll be living on Via Francesco Grimaldi, in Portuense, to the south-west of the city centre. This area is ideal for somebody who wants to experience everything Rome has to offer, but wants to return to a quiet home at the end of the day. The area is residential, although it has all you need for day-to-day life, and has great public transport communication, which can quickly bring you into the beloved and romantic nightlife of Trastavere, or to the hipster delights of up-and-coming Ostiense, just across the river.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is a comfortable communal area, with everything you need to cook, and a TV to watch with your flatmates while you do so.
- You'll find plenty of extra storage space in the hallway if you need it.
- Portuense may be residential, but that doesn't mean you have to leave it to find what you need. Francesco Grimaldi is lined with all sorts of shops, from butchers' to shoe shops, hair salons to hardware stores.
- And there's plenty of cafes and bars too, so you can immerse yourself into the local life!
