Spotahome's opinion
This 3-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent on Via Gregorio XIII are on the ground floor, and is perfect for female tenants. There isn’t a lot of light when you first enter the space, but things open up as you move down the hall. The fully-equipped kitchen has a medium width, but it is quite long. There is a lot of cupboard space and a gas stove, as well as a 3-seat table. Across the hall is a large bathroom, which has a shower stall, as well as a washing machine. Additionally, the entire apartment is surrounded by a large terrace, which all tenants can access through the shared kitchen.
Boccea is a residential area located west of Vatican City. If you enjoy being off of the beaten path, then this neighborhood will most definitely suit you. However, you’re only a 40-minute Metro ride from the city center. There aren’t many nearby parks, but there is a bookstore down the street, and plenty of bars and restaurants close to the Metro station, just 6-minutes away. You don’t have to go far for groceries, either. There is a Conad supermarket within a 3-minute walk from your new home.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fairly spacious, and having access to a large balcony is perfect for entertaining a friend or two during the summer.
- The metro is very close, and can get you to Vatican City in 24 minutes and downtown in roughly 40 minutes.
- There are multiple pizzerias, as well as restaurants and an ice-cream shop within a 10-minute walk.
- If you like to swim, visit the public pool in the local gym, which is 8 minutes from home.
