There are 3 bedrooms for rent in this unique 100 m² apartment with a balcony situated on Via Statonia in San Giovanni, Rome. The long kitchen is recently renovated with modern appliances. Bedroom 2 is larger than bedroom 1, but both are bright with storage space and TVs. The sheltered balcony is accessible from bedroom 2 and is decorated with aromatic plants and features a laundry area and a string to dry washing. The large bathroom is decorated with green tiles and has a luxury shower.

- The living room has a sofa bed – great for when guests visit.
- The balcony is sheltered, great for using all year round and tenants can relax there without having to worry about rain.
