This 110 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is not just located in San Giovanni. It is located right next to the San Giovanni Basilica, with stunning 7th-floor views from its large terrace. Although this may be enough for you, the apartment also has cozy rooms with double beds, AC, and plenty of storage. There is a large living room/dining area that during the day is flooded with natural light. There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Located outside Rome's historical center, San Giovanni may have less cobblestone streets, but it is not lacking in history. On Via Sannio, you are right next to the neighborhood's biggest attractions: the San Giovanni Basilica and the Via Appia Nuova shopping street. Near the Metro and several tram and bus stops, you are also well-connected to other areas of the city.
