Sunny rooms are available to rent in a lovely flatshare with a balcony and AC in Porta di Roma. The apartment has a spacious living room, where you can relax on the sofa and watch your favorite TV shows with your flatmates, or step out onto the balcony for some fresh air on a sunny day. The kitchen has all the essentials, including an oven, a gorgeous gas stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a large dining table.
Both rooms for rent are sunny and spacious, and each is well-furnished with either a double or single bed. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace, as well as a private bathroom. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite bathroom with a big bathtub and lovely tiling, while Bedroom 2 has its own bathroom with a sizable shower for personal use just outside the door.
You'll be living in Porta di Roma, a tranquil, residential area to the north of Rome. The apartment is surrounded by parks, with the Parco delle Sabine and Marcigliana Nature Reserve both just a short walk from the property. Nearby, you'll also find the enormous Galleria shopping mall, which has all the shops, restaurants, and supermarkets you could want.
