It has a generous 90 m² footprint on Via Appiano, which includes a kitchen with access to a balcony which gets plenty of sun on a sunny day. The shared bathroom is similarly well-equipped, and has a shower over bath, toilet and sink.
You won't have to go far to find good food, as there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 15-minute walk of this apartment. You also won't need to go far to find the essentials, as there is a supermarket and a pharmacy within walking distance as well.
