A spacious room is available to rent in a sunny flatshare with a balcony in Tuscolano. The apartment has a modern kitchen with all the essentials, including an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a dishwasher, and a big dining table, where you can spend time getting to know your new flatmate over a delicious, home-cooked meal.
The room for rent has lots of space, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed and a mirrored standalone wardrobe. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower and a washing machine to use.
You'll be living in Tuscolano, a well-connected neighborhood to the southeast of Rome's city center. Around the area, you'll find lots of restaurants, bars, pizzerias, cafes, and small parks to enjoy.
