There are rooms for rent in this gorgeous 4-bedroom apartment on Via Eugenio Torelli Viollier in Tiburtina. The kitchen is the only communal area in this apartment and is modern and sleek, with a fridge/freezer and appliances. There is access to a small balcony from the kitchen. All the bathrooms in this apartment are ensuites and there is no living room.
There are plenty of great public transport links in the area that can get you to the city centre and the rest of Rome with ease. There are also multiple supermarkets nearby including a small one just across the road or a larger one within a 5-minute walk.

- There are a lot of restaurant options with a short walk of the apartment.
- Parco Filippo Meda is an 8-minute walk away and is a great place to play sports or go for a run.
- There is both heating and AC in this apartment to keep you at comfortable temperature year-round.
- The Wi-Fi is already installed in this apartment and the router is located in the middle of the house so every room will have a strong signal.
- There is an elevator in this apartment so you won't have to walk 4 flights of stairs everyday.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no clothes dryer in this apartment however there is a clothes line outside some of the bedrooms or a rack may be necessary in order to dry laundry on rainy days.
