This 140 sqm apartment is located near the beautiful Ostiense region of Rome. Seen as "the next hip place in Rome," Ostiense has plenty of restaurants, parks, and a booming nightlife. The apartment itself has a sleek modern design and its recently renovated kitchen is equipped with two fridges, a dishwasher, and an oven. The apartment also has two bathrooms, both containing a shower, and one containing a washing machine. It is perfect for any students or professionals looking to live in Rome.
What we liked the most
- Ostiense is an amazing area for anyone hoping to enjoy the kind of nightlife Rome has to offer.
- The apartment has a large kitchen and is perfect for more social residents.
- There are two large shared bathrooms.
- Bedrooms 2 and 4 both have balconies.
- All of the utilities are included in the rental price.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no living area, however the kitchen is quite large.
- Smoking is allowed in the apartment.
