This 2 bedroom property is located in the beautiful Cinecitta Studios, a very popular destination for cinema enthusiasts! The apartment is very brightly painted with green and violet colors and is filled with interesting modern paintings. The property has a balcony which looks over a vast space and you can see around for miles.
The fact that the apartment is higher up means that there is no noise entering the apartment from the street. The apartments is also very close to the Cinecitta metro stop, so it is easy to get around the city if you don't have your own vehicle. The apartment is 65 m².
What we liked the most
- The entryway is beautifully decorated with modern paintings and is very spacious.
- The available bedroom is brightly painted in violet and green and opens out onto the balcony.
- The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower.
- The apartment is very close to the famous Cinecittà Studios for all you cinema fans!
- The bedroom for rent is beautifully decorated with various shades of purple. It also has an A/C unit to keep tenants cool in the summer and a TV for tenants to relax after work or studies.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no television in the living room, but there is in the available bedroom.
- The kitchen and the living room form one common area which allows the apartment to have more space to entertain or have dinner.
