This five bedroom, 120 sqm apartment enjoys a fantastic central location on Via Giolitti, in the neighborhood of Termini and within easy access to the public transport network. The city's most important train station, from where you can catch regional and international trains, is also within walking distance, allowing you to get away with ease to explore other regions of Italy and even neighbouring countries. This fantastic exterior apartment will make a cozy home away from home, with five fully furnished, spacious and bright rooms available for rent individually. Other amenities include two bathrooms, a laundry room and a modern kitchen to be shared by all tenants.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is sunny and very well presented with vibrant blue storage cabinets. It is equipped with all you need for cooking including two fridges, a gas stove and an oven.
- There are two large and modern bathrooms to be shared by all tenants.
- All bedrooms are comfortable and well-equipped.
- There is a washing machine allowing you to do your laundry at home.
- With single and double rooms available, you can choose an option to suit your personal preferences.
- The apartment will be cozy even during the cold winter months, with natural gas heaters available throughout.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no living room but there is a dining table with four chairs in the kitchen where you could get together with your roommates for a meal or a drink.
