Nestled in the EUR neighborhood, this apartment features 5 rooms with all bills included in the rental price. The flat is very bright and the fully furnished bedrooms are perfect for student or young professionals who want to make friends while living in Rome. Shared areas of the apartment include the 2 bathrooms and the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area.
The apartment is located on Via Lero in the Esposizione Universale Roma (EUR) neighborhood of Rome. Situated to the south of the city center, the district houses many business headquarters and offices of public bodies. EUR also houses many museums and buildings that reflect the architectural style of Italian history.
What we liked the most
- All bedrooms are fully furnished including a desk, double bed, and a standalone wardrobe. They also come with independent keys for added security.
- Though all rooms are interior, they all receive ample natural light.
- With all utilities included in the rent, budgeting for the month will be much easier for tenants.
- Wi-Fi is already installed (and included in rent!), allowing tenants to simply move in and start chatting with their friends and family back home.
- The apartment is within a 15 minute walk from metro and train stations, allowing tenants to access other parts of Rome with ease.
Things to keep in mind
- There isn't a TV in the apartment, but we trust you'll find plenty to do in Rome!
