This comfortable 60 sqm, 2 bedroom apartment offers 2 fully furnished rooms for rent. Shared amenities include 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and a living area with a TV. The apartment is interior and is located on Via delle Tuberose, in the pleasant neighbourhood of Centocelle, not too far from the city centre. A 5-minute walk will take you to Parco di Centocelle, public transport, and Via Casilina, the area's main commercial street. This is a female only apartment, making it ideal for girls travelling to Rome by themselves and looking for a room in a practical and already established household. All you need to bring is your suitcase and you can start enjoying Italy from the moment you arrive!

- Both bedrooms are completely furnished for comfort and comes with a double bed and a large wardrobe.
- There are only 2 bedrooms, so you will only be sharing the apartment with one other girl.
- As you enter the flat, you will encounter a pleasant living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV and a dining table.
- The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, including a fridge, an electric coffee machine, a gas stove and an oven.
- The bathroom is large, and comes with a bathtub. In this room you will find the washing machine.
- The apartment is on the ground floor, so you won't have to run up and down the stairs or wait for the lift.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior, but it is not dark as both bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom have windows.
- The flat is not in the city centre, but the area is very well-connected by public transport, allowing you to reach downtown in only a few minutes.
