Located to the south of the city center, this completely renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has 4 affordable rooms for rent. This charmingly decorated apartment uses bursts of bright color to add a cheerful atmosphere to each space. It features 2 bathrooms, one of which has an extra-large bathtub, living area with a big flat-screen TV, a completely equipped kitchen, and a balcony full of potted plants. The area of the apartment is 100 m².
The flat is ideal for professionals, as the neighborhood of EUR is a business district where you can find the headquarters of many companies.
What we liked the most
- The living room is very luminous and spacious and has a big TV. Perfect for hanging out with your new roommates!
- Our favorite aspect was the balcony lined with lots of potted plants. It would be an ideal place to have a cup of coffee.
- There are 2 bathrooms for 4 tenants and one of the bathrooms is equipped with an extra-big bathtub! You can have a spa experience right in the comfort of your own home.
- The windows are modern and can be opened 2 different ways.
- Public parking is available in front of the apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- Though not in the city center, the neighborhood is quiet and tranquil.
