This apartment features some of the most beautiful decorations we have ever seen, along with a calming blue theme. Along with benefiting from all utilities included in the rental price, you will also be able to enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, one beautiful shared bathroom and a thoughtfully decorated bedroom available for rent. The apartment itself is located in lively San Giovanni, just moments away from Parco della Caffarella and close to a metro station and Roma Tuscolana that will take you into the city centre. The area of the apartment is 80m2.
What we liked the most
- The rent comes inclusive with all utilities so you won't have to worry about paying extra fees during your stay here.
- The apartment is beautifully furnished and features a calming light blue theme throughout.
- We really like the unique corridor with blue neon lights and the wallpaper of a world map. It's definitely inspiring for any traveler! The corridor also has plenty of storage where you can put away your shoes.
- San Giovanni is one of the best neighborhoods of Rome in which to live; you'll find bars, culture, and an authentic atmosphere all around!
- The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a dishwasher and a washing machine.
- This second floor apartment is easily accessible with an elevator in the building.
- The apartment is also near Parco della Caffarella, perfect for a picnic or an afternoon stroll to calm your mind.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment doesn't have a living room, however, you can find a comfortable sofa in your bedroom and there are several communal areas you will have access to.
