Spotahome is proud to present a beautifully decorated shared apartment with four spacious rooms available. The 110 m² apartment, located on Via Erennio Modestino, features fantastic 7th floor views throughout. The tenants can rent 4 spacious and fully furnished bedrooms, each with its own unique feature. You will have access to a shared bathroom with a bathtub, along with a fully equipped and very bright kitchen with a great balcony view. The apartment is very close to a metro station, so you can easily reach Rome city centre. The surrounding area of Tuscolano is full of various shops, markets and parks, providing you with anything you might need to have a comfortable life in Rome.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is located on 7th floor and features fantastic views from all rooms.
- Every bedroom is spacious and luminous, with plenty of storage, featuring the same view of the street and a courtyard. While bedroom number 1 shares a balcony with the kitchen, bedrooms number 3 and 4 also share a separate balcony.
- We really like the kitchen in this apartment! It has two refrigerators, so you won't have to worry about running out of space for your groceries.
- The tenants will have access to a beautifully tiled bathroom with a cosy bathtub.
- The apartment is just a few seconds away from a metro station, which provides you with an easy access into the city centre.
Things to keep in mind
- The tenants will have access to a shared bathroom, however, bedroom number 4 has its own private bathroom.
