The apartment is ideal for both female students and professionals who prefer to live in a quiet area with easy access to the city centre. The tenants will have access to two shared bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals with your flatmates. This is an interior apartment, facing a quiet courtyard, perfect for those in need of some peace. You will be located nearby plenty of small parks, along with bus stations and a metro, to ensure easy transportation. The area of the apartment is 100m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment, located in the posh residential area of Parioli, is near a metro station and a bus station - you can reach the city centre in just 16 minutes!
- While one of the bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub, the other features plenty of storage space for your toiletries.
- All rooms are fully furnished, perfect for those wishing to live in a quiet residential area, close to the city centre.
- You will also be able to use a small storage room where you can store cleaning supplies and miscellaneous items.
- The kitchen is very spacious and equipped with plenty of cupboards, an oven, a washing machine and all necessities to prepare delicious meals.
