You will benefit from having all necessary amenities, including a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher and all utilities, including cleaning services, will already be included in the rent. This is an excellent choice for those who prefer to live in a peaceful area and still have access to the city centre. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the Ponte Milvio, a popular meeting spot where you can find restaurants, bars, and other entertainment options. The area of the apartment is 75m2.
