Five colorful, fully furnished bedrooms are available for rent in a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom female only apartment, based on via Appia Nuova in the popular neighborhood of San Giovanni. The bright 100m2 apartment also features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and two colorful bathrooms, both equipped with showers. Each room for rent has plenty of storage for all your belongings and a fantastic exterior view of the neighborhood. The nearby metro station enables easy access to the city centre as well as many universities, making this apartment perfect for students. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes in the area to ensure you will never have a dull moment.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located right in the centre of the popular San Giovanni neighborhood.
- All rooms for rent are very colorful, featuring fantastic fifth-floor views.
- We love the beautifully furnished kitchen where you can also find a small TV, a dining table an a notice board.
- Water and cleaning utilities are already included in the rent!
- The two shared bathrooms are colorfully decorated and have nice showers in each.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment does not have a living room, however, the kitchen has a dining area with a television, perfect for spending time with your flatmates.
- This is an all-female apartment!
