4 Fully-furnished rooms are available for rent in a shared apartment in the Roman neighbourhood of Casalbertone. The 60m2 exterior apartment has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen furnished with a dining table, offering tenants a comfortable space to cook and enjoy their meals. Each room is equipped with its own wardrobe and television, and for added security, they have lockable doors. The apartment has central heating, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. All utilities are included in the monthly rent, and parking space can be arranged at an extra cost.
Casalbertone is a lively and friendly district. The shopping centre Auchan Casalbertone is minutes from the flat, and you will also find supermarkets, shops and food outlets within walking distance. These rooms can be rented by workers or postgraduate students only.
What we liked the most
- Each room has its own television, and there is also a shared unit in the kitchen you can use to watch your favourite show while you dine.
- The kitchen has all you need to cook, including a gas stove, an oven, a microwave and a coffee machine.
- Pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery and other kitchen accessories are also included.
- The apartment is located high up on the eighth floor, and you can enjoy lovely city views from the kitchen window.
- There is central heating throughout the apartment, and air-conditioning units in the kitchen and bedrooms 2, 3 and 4.
- There are two shared bathrooms, so you will never have to wait for too long to get in the shower.
- You will find a washing machine in the apartment.
- Parking can be arranged at an extra cost.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedroom 1 is the only room that does not have air-conditioning.
- The kitchen is exterior but all rooms are interior and silent.
