Additional amenities include central heating, A/C, and a washing machine. There are high ceilings and original tile flooring throughout the apartment, which is simply furnished. The city center is easily accessible from Via Novara, which is close to some of Rome's best nightlife and gardens. This is a wonderful option for young professionals or postgraduates looking to live in a safe, elegant, and authentic part of Rome.

- We love the beautiful original floors, which add an authentic Italian touch!
- Parioli has great nightlife and restaurants, but is away from the touristy areas of the city and is very safe.
- You will have the The Villa Borghese gardens, one of Rome's largest and most beautiful parks, nearby.
- Many utilities are included in the rent.
