Four sunny rooms are available for rent in a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, situated on Via Carlo Faddain in a well connected area of Don Bosco. The rooms for rent are suitable for students only as they provide easy access to plenty of universities and are fully furnished with all necessary amenities. The tenants will share a comfortable living area, two bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony, offering 7th floor views. The surrounding area is full of leafy streets and green spaces, perfect for those in need of a peaceful and comforting environment. The area of the apartment is 90m2.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has easy access to all Rome universities - Universita Roma Tor Vergata is just a 30 minute bus ride away.
- All rooms for rent are fully furnished, equipped with desks and storage - perfect for students!
- This area is well connected to the rest of the city, providing plenty of public transportation.
- The kitchen corner is fully equipped, complete with plenty of cupboards and storage areas.
- The tenants will also have access to a shared balcony!
- Bedroom 1 has a fantastic private balcony with 7th floor views of the surrounding area.
