This apartment, with an area of 110 m², offers 4 spacious bedrooms, a large storage room, and balcony access. Situated on a quiet street in the neighborhood of Tuscolano, it is near two large parks Giardano Via Monte del Grano and Parco di Centocelle; it is also about 40 minutes away from the University of Rome Tor Vergata by public transportation. It is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The apartment although quite spacious has its own charm with detailed wooden doors, nice flooring, and modern furnishing. Utilities included in the rent are electricity, water, gas, and central heating.

What we liked the most
- Each of the bedrooms are very spacious and are separated for a sufficient amount of privacy.
- Three of the bedrooms have balcony access with gorgeous views of Rome.
- One of the bedrooms has its own private toilet and sink.
- There is a large storage room which can be used to hang dry your clothes and that is big enough for all roommates to be able to make use of it.
- The shared bathroom is so large that there is enough space for the washing machine.
- The bathroom also offers a well-sized bathtub.
