This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and a natural gas water heating system. You can dry your clothes on an individual rack inside the floor or on an individual rack on the balcony. Wi-Fi is installed in the property and is activated. There is an additional charge of 48€ per month per tenant to cover heating bills, building taxes and internet fees. Electricity and gas bills are also charged to the tenant, the price varies depending on usage but usually costs 20€ per month.

During the summer months it can be pleasant to walk to the Parco Fillippo Meda, a large urban park that is just 11 minutes away. The front door of the flat opens onto the communal kitchen which has a dining table that tenants can sit around whilst enjoying meals together, this area is shared with the live-in landlady. This kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances including a large refrigerator and a double sink that is practical for washing-up. Both single bedrooms are a decent size, each equipped with a desk and shelving which makes them the perfect environment for professionals or students who prefer to work at home. The apartment is a 22 minute walk from Tiburtina, Rome's 2nd biggest train station. This station offers a high-speed rail service to other major cities in Italy. The area is well connected to the city centre by various bus routes and there are several stations that can be found near the apartment. Via Arnaldo Cervesato is connected to Via Tiburtina, an ancient Italian road that was built around 286 BC. This main road leads to the centre of Rome which can be reached quickly by car or taxi.
The 30 year old landlady lives permanently in the apartment, and has her own bedroom that is situated next to bedroom 2.
