This recently renovated apartment features four bedrooms available to rent in the Pigneto district, to the east of Rome's city center. This young area certainly has an urban feel, however it is a safe, residential neighborhood with a lot of new cafes and wine bars to discover. At 150 sqm, the property is very spacious and features two incredible terraces to enjoy. The modern shared bathrooms are both recently renovated, as is the fully equipped kitchen, with a gas stove and oven. The property features other great amenities, such as central heating, a washing machine, and double pane windows to keep out noise and keep in heat.

This is a large, bright bedroom that features a large single bed, desk, shelving, a standalone wardrobe, and a sofa. It offers heating, an independent key, and access to the very spacious terrace that is shared with bedroom 1.

- The two very large terraces, one with a barbecue, would be fantastic for entertaining, relaxing, and enjoying Rome's beautiful summers.
- There is a washing machine, so you will save money on laundry.

- Pigneto is an affordable area, close to Rome's center, and public transport makes it easy to get around the city.
