There are 3 luminous bedrooms available rent in this recently renovated flat in Tor Vergata in southeast Rome. The flat is very spacious and features large windows, high ceilings with exposed wood beams. There are two roomy bathrooms to share, both with brand new stall showers, and a huge fully equipped kitchen with an oven, gas stove, dishwasher, and large dining table. The apartment has fantastic amenities, including a washing machine, A/C, and terrace. Not only is the property very close to Tor Vergata University, it is also well connected to the city center via metro. There are many students in the area and plenty of amenities like supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.

This room will be fully furnished prior to a tenant's arrival, with twin beds, a standalone wardrobe, and shelving. The room also features a heating and A/C unit, independent key, and access to the shared balcony.
