The kitchen, living room and dining area are designed in an open plan layout — ideal for hosting dinner parties. The kitchen is brand new and complete with modern appliances, and the living area has comfortable seating.
Aurelio is a tranquil, community oriented area which has plenty of places to drink, dine and socialise. The neighbourhood is situated to the west of the city centre — tenants can walk just 4 minutes to reach Cornelia metro station, and there are several bus stops nearby.

Bedroom 3 is cosy and equipped with a single bed and a heating unit. This room also has a desk and a TV. Tenants can store their belongings in the chest of drawers and the standalone wardrobe.
