This 140 m², 5-bedroom apartment has rooms for rent, perfect for students and couples. The apartment is extremely spacious with the rooms spread out, allowing each tenant to have the perfect amount of privacy. The main shared area is the kitchen that comes fully equipped and is spacious enough to double as the dining room. There is 1 full bathroom and 1 en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is located in the up-and-coming neighborhood of Ostiense. This district has recently become very popular and is the home to trendy bars and restaurants. The apartment is just 10 minutes to the metro stop and less than 10 minutes to University Roma Tre campuses.
