Rooms are available to rent in this newly renovated, 50 m², 2-bedroom apartment on Via Conte di Carmagnola in Prenestino. The apartment has a brand new kitchen (so new that you can still see the plastic coating on the cupboard doors), with a gas stove. There is also a dining table, so that you can sit and eat and get to know your new housemates. The bathroom is also brand new, and includes a spacious shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet.
The area that you will be living in is quite residential, but there are plenty of useful shops nearby including several grocery stores. There are lots of restaurants in the area, along with a few bars. There is a small park, Parco delle Energie, nearby, where there is also a rock climbing club.

Bedroom 1 is a spacious room with a single bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. The room has a large window that lets in a lot of light, but not a lot of noise. The room is decorated in pale green and there are cream tiled floors.
