This apartment is bright and roomy, with an open kitchen and a small living area. It's decorated mostly in black and white, giving it a minimalistic, modern feel. The shared bathroom features a big bathtub and two sinks. A huge balcony looks out over the street.
The apartment is located in the southeast part of the city, on the border of the Tuscolano and Appio Claudio neighborhoods. It's right next to the Parco degli Acquedotti, which contains the ruins of two Roman aqueducts. The main shopping street is just a 6-minute walk away, along with several metro stations and bus stops. Here you'll find lots of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is enormous; it's the perfect place to relax on a sunny day or to entertain friends.
- The kitchen and bathroom are sleek and modern, with all the necessary appliances and features.
- The location gives you the best of both worlds, putting you right in between a tranquil park and a busy shopping area.
- There's plenty of space in the bedroom, and an exterior window lets in lots of sunlight.
